SHIPPING
Due to the unique weight and size of our products, as well as the packaging required to safely ship them, we currently offer only USPS & UPS Ground shipping to the Contiguous United States.
For expedited shipping, or shipping to areas outside our regular service, please call our store at 508-430-2191 and we will do what we can to accommodate your request.
RETURN POLICY
We diligently inspect every item that we sell to make sure that you are getting the finest quality. We want to make sure you love your pottery as much as we do! Since all of our stoneware is handmade, slight variations and imperfections are not only to be expected, they are what give each piece its unique character. Still, if you're not satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in the original condition that you received them.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We carefully pack all items to ensure your piece of Chatham Pottery arrives safe and sound. However, accidents do happen. If your piece arrives broken or damaged, don’t worry, you’re covered.
To replace the broken items, please:
- Keep all packing material. The shipping vendor may need it for processing damage claims. (We’ll let you know when you can recycle it.)
- Take a picture of the damaged item and packaging and email it--along with a brief statement--to jade@chathampottery.com
- You can also call us at 508-430-2191 to inform us of the damage.
Some shipping services require the shipee to verify the damage, which can be done quickly online. If this is required, we will let you know.
Please note, we cannot accept damage claims more than 7 days after the delivery date.
